Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all consultations, astrology reports, remedies, puja or ritual bookings, subscriptions, digital products, and any other paid services offered through AgniBliss ("Platform").

By booking or purchasing any service through AgniBliss, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for services offered by AgniBliss are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Astrology consultations

• Horoscope and kundli reports

• Personalized astrology readings

• Pujas and rituals

• Spiritual remedies

• Digital products

• Memberships and subscriptions

• Any other paid services available on the Platform

Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, no full or partial refund, cancellation, reversal, or credit will be provided, including in cases where:

• You are dissatisfied with the consultation.

• Predictions or guidance do not meet your expectations.

• Desired outcomes are not achieved.

• You decide not to use the purchased service.

• You are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

2. Appointment Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule your appointment by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Rescheduling requests are subject to:

• Availability of appointment slots.

• Approval by the assigned astrologer.

Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, may be treated as a completed service. In such cases, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your booking after completing payment:

• No refund will be issued.

• No partial refund will be issued.

• No cash, bank transfer, wallet balance, or store credit will be provided.

In exceptional circumstances, AgniBliss may, at its sole discretion, allow the amount paid to be adjusted against another consultation or service. Such adjustments are made purely as a gesture of goodwill and do not create any entitlement or future obligation.

4. Cancellation by AgniBliss

In rare situations where AgniBliss is unable to provide a scheduled consultation or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, or astrologer unavailability, we may:

• Reschedule your appointment to the next available time.

• Assign another qualified astrologer, where appropriate.

• Offer an equivalent service of the same value.

If none of the above options are reasonably possible, AgniBliss may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund or service credit. Any such decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and shall not establish any precedent or ongoing obligation.

5. Digital Products and Personalized Reports

All digital products, including but not limited to:

• Horoscope reports

• Kundli analyses

• Personalized astrology reports

• PDF documents

• Audio or video recordings

• Downloadable content

are considered delivered once they have been:

• Sent to your registered email address,

• Shared via your registered mobile number or messaging platform, or

• Made available for download through the Platform.

Due to their personalized nature, all such digital products are non-refundable.

6. Nature of Astrology Services

Astrology is based on interpretation and individual belief.

The guidance, predictions, remedies, and recommendations provided through AgniBliss are intended for informational and spiritual purposes only.

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary. AgniBliss does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or benefit from consultations, remedies, rituals, or recommendations.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By making a payment through AgniBliss, you agree not to initiate unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes for services that have been booked, delivered, or made available in accordance with this Policy.

If you have any concerns regarding a transaction or service, we encourage you to contact our support team first so that we may work with you to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

8. Changes to this Policy

AgniBliss reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Cancellation & Refund Policy.
